Hakka Zhan Restaurant @ Malacca

Taste:9/10(Delicious. This restaurant is famous for their clay pot style mutton. The mutton is delicious and the meat is springy. The soup is cooked from special herbs and spicy which makes it flavorful. The good thing about the mutton soup here is that it is bottomless. You can add soup if you finish it. Just like bak kut teh style.
Price:6/10(Moderate. The food shown below cost around RM120).

Non-halal.

Tin Kheng Tiang Restaurant @ Malacca

Taste:9/10(Delicious. The food here is well done and tasty. The best would be their braised pork. It is so good. Plus their drunken chicken soup with a lot of rice wine. The soup is thick and flavorful. The downside for this restaurant however is that you must be willing to wait. We have to wait for around one and a half hours! before we get our first dish. The food is prepared table by table and the wait is worth it).
Price:8/10(Cheap. The food shown in this entry cost RM60. It is cheap considering the food that we get and the quality of the food. And this is portion for 4 persons).

Non-halal.

Pre-Christmas Home Made Lunch with Restaurant Style

This year one of my colleague invite us for a lunch at his house during lunch office hours. One word I would say about this. Its a wow. He himself dress like waiter and serve us well. The food is good and the amount is abundant. Great western food with a personal touch and home cooking style. Fantastic meal with nice food presentation & I think he and his wife got the skill to open a small cafe to serve the public!
