Dorsett Far East Hotel in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

After doing some research online for one week, my trip partner and me finally decided to choose this hotel to stay for 6 days 5 nights of our Hong Kong & Macau free & easy tour. Although Tsuen Wan located quite far from the MRT map but it is actually quite fast to reach to the tourist attraction area in Hong Kong. Going to Mong Kok is just 20 minutes & Hong Kong Island is just 30 minutes MRT away. The good thing about the Tsuen Wan MRT is that it is located on the Red Line which is very convenient. With this line, you don't need to make any interchange and can straight to Hong Kong Island with stop on either Admiralty or Central station. Besides that, it also near the Airport and Lantau Island.

Based on the review and google map street view, I found that this hotel is quite convenient. Just a 5 minutes walk to Tsuen Wan MRT station, just 2 minutes walk to the bus stand and food stall in the neighborhood. From the bus stand, you can take Air Bus straight to the Hong Kong International Airport with just HKD7.80 per way, the journey is quite scenic plus it only takes around 40 minutes. Every morning we have breakfast in this near by neighborhood and we don't fancy to visit those famous restaurants in the town. The food found out to be quite good compared to our country Malaysia. Overall we don't have any complaint for our 5 nights stay here other than small size in this hotel room. The facilities are good with water boiler, LCD TV, air-cond, fridge, safe box & powerful shower.

Rating:8/10. Recommended for person who don't mind the room size, on budget and not spending time in the room.

Price:Around RM110 per person a night.
