Affordable fine dining in William Blue Dining @ The Rocks, Sydney

William Blue Dining located at The Rocks in Sydney, Australia is a student training restaurant for William Blue College of Hospitality Management. I found this restaurant by accident as I am curious of the classy looking restaurant located at pubs area in The Rocks. When I looked at the menu, I found out that their pricing is quite affordable when compared to other restaurants around Sydney. The restaurant were full as well and it looks so clean and neat inside.

The restaurant offers three-course meal with wide selection of wine. William Blue Dining opens 6 days a week for lunch and dinner. They closed on sunday. Do take note that this restaurant opens based on student academic trimester. Yes, they do closed during academic holidays. So please check the website for availability. I am quite lucky to be able to try their dinner without booking. What really amaze me is the level of service presented by the waiters in this restaurant. The waiters are student and they all strive to be their best to pass with flying colours. The service is genuine and they really go out of their way to make sure the customers come back again. The restaurant has a open kitchen concept where diners able to see the training chefs in action. It's like watching Gordon Ramsay tv show!

Taste:9/10(Delicious. The raw oyster with wine and tomato vinaigrette is something new to me and the taste does blends well with the oysters. The wine recommended were great as satisfy my requirement for sweet wine. Oven roasted veal on medium rare were delicious and complements well with the carrot sauce. The dessert chocolate Delice were great which you taste a bit of coffee slight bitter, sweetness & saltiness of caramel, sourness of mandarin oranges. The dessert were designed to touch all 4 taste bud senses).
