Famous New York burger - Shake Shack @ Grand Central Terminal, New York

Shake Shack established in 2004 in New York, now is quite a popular burger joint especially in New York. Started as food cart inside Madison Square Park and now they have 66 branches all over the world. Do watch out for this brand as they are expanding very fast and their cheese burgers often consistently well reviewed. Their burger quality is even better than In-N-Out and McDonalds. Shake Shack also famous for their milk shakes and that's why there are "shake" on the brand name.

Taste:8/10(Good. The burger meat is tender and flavourful. The cheese were melt in your mouth kind of feeling. The burger was cooked medium rare by default unless otherwise requested).
Price:7/10(Moderate. The burger pricing at USD5.19 is reasonable in New York).

Shake Shack has the largest crowd from all the food shop in lower level dining concourse of Grand Central Terminal.

Fast casual option. The service were fast and they have variety in their menu. They even have beer, wine, milk shakes and hot dog in their menu.

I can still walk around while waiting for my burger to ready.

Shake Shack cheese burger. Their burger is claimed to be made from 100% all natural Angus beef. No hormones and antibiotics.

Shake Shack.

Enjoying beautiful Grand Central Terminal after the meal.

Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo on All Nippon Airways (ANA) economy class

ANA begins their new daily flights to Kuala Lumpur from Narita Tokyo starting 1st Sep 2015. I am quite excited to be the earlier batch to try the service on this flight. After having great experience on their Tokyo to Los Angeles route in June 2015, I am eager to try out this flight from my home country. The flight departed at 7.00am and reached Narita at around 3.00pm. The flight time were designed to be able to connect to all ANA flights flying on America route within the same day. I am quite satisfied with the flight as the aircraft used were new Boeing 787. I can feel the air in the cabin were less dry when compared to the Boeing 777 aircraft which I usually take to Tokyo. However, the seat on this flight were smaller and less comfortable. The food provided were under expectation.

Rating:6/10

Inside ANA Boeing 787

The seat was small and cramped.

Breakfast meal set. Porridge and noodles. They also provide a bottle of Yakult.

The porridge were normal and plain.

Good soba noodles.

The chocolate puff which taste bad. Dry and hardened chocolate filling. I am expecting something better.

Boeing 787 does have great technology on their windows. Dimming window that can be adjusted to let in various amounts of light. The dimming effect is the result of an electrified gel sandwiched between two thin pieces of glass. As the electric current increases, the gel darkens and as it drops, the gel lightens.

Arriving Narita. Time to quickly get out from the plane to catch my connecting flight.
