Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Food Onboard (KUL-TPE-LAX-TPE-KUL)

I am able to experience both economy & business class during my travel to Los Angeles on Malaysia Airlines - Malaysia Hospitality(MH) recently. Both class food is quite good and able to cater my appetite. The food on economy class is more oriental based and suit to our Malaysian taste bud. The business on the other way is more western type of food. All the meal suit me well except the thick raw smoked salmon which I can't finish it cause scare of indigestion. The major difference is the food portion & the presentation of the food.

Economy class:

Taste:8/10(Good. All the meal taste almost the same. The meal portion is adequate & well prepared. The crew is helpful in providing extra water/juice if requested).

Kuala Lumpur to Taipei (first meal). Fish fillet rice.

Taipei to Los Angeles (second meal). Chicken mushroom rice with chinese cabbage & meat salad.

Taipei to Los Angeles (third meal). Chicken mushroom rice with mixed vegetables & fruits. Their other options is lasagna which I don't quite like it.

Business Class (Golden Club):
Taste:9/10(Delicious. Special mention to Malaysian satay & nasi beryani. Both are simply Malaysian and well done).

Los Angeles to Taipei (first meal). Malaysian satay. This is the appetizer which is good and the best meal for business class other than the beryani rice.

Los Angeles to Taipei (first meal). Raw smoked salmon. This meal makes me think twice. I don't manage to finish it.

Los Angeles to Taipei (first meal). Fresh fruits.

Los Angeles to Taipei (second meal). Gnocchi pasta with goat cheese accompanied with shiitake mushrooms.

Los Angeles to Taipei (second meal). Fruit Bavoroise. Dessert with orange + grapefruit with caramel.

Los Angeles to Taipei (night supper). This supper only provided on business class.

First time try this type of cheese. Mini Babybel from French.

Delicious potato chips. Eat it while watching movie.

Los Angeles to Taipei (second meal). Muesli as morning breakfast.

Los Angeles to Taipei (second meal). Scrambled eggs with mushroom.

Waiting for transit at Taipei airport.

Taipei to Kuala Lumpur (third meal). Starter.

Taipei to Kuala Lumpur (third meal). Nasi beryani as main course. This meal is good. This was the last meal before reaching KL.
