B & Best restaurant is a seafood noodles shop which allow you to pick the types of seafood you want to have with your noodles – prawns, fish, scallops, abalone, lala and oyster. You can opt for either soup or dry version of noodles/bee hoon or kuey teow. For kicking taste, you may ask for pork lard to be added into your noodles.

Taste:8/10(Good. Fresh seafood of your choice in noodles. The soup is clear and the fish was soft and sweet. They sliced the fish properly without much bones. The oysters is bursting with flavour in my mouth. Eat this with their home made sambal. Its awesome).
Price:6/10(Moderate. The bowl of grouper fish and oysters goodness cost MYR25.00. There are quite a lot of oysters in my bowl of noodles. The price depends on what types of seafood that you order).

Fish & Co. is a popular lunch place for office workers around Kelana Jaya. Located in Paradigm Mall, Fish & Co. offers variety of seafood, salad, grilled seafood, fish & chips and pasta.

Taste:8/10(Good. I ordered the coriander catch which I found the fish to be good and fresh. Other meals my colleagues found out taste quite good as well).
Price:6/10(Moderate. Good meal with reasonable price. Pricing as shown below. Per person would require around MYR25.00 to MYR35.00 for lunch).

Field green salad. Lettuce mix, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, Japanese cucumber served with Japanese mayo. MYR8.95.

TGIF (Thank God Its Fridays) have a reasonable lunch set meal at MYR29.90++. Below is what I had during a farewell party for one of my colleagues.

Taste:8/10(Good. The key west white fish is good. I like the taste. For some people, it taste a bit sour but for me its just nice. Bruschetta that I ordered is quite good as well).
Price:6/10(Moderate. The 2 course meal lunch set price at MYR29.90 with a starter and a main meal. Subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax).


Keywest white fish. Mild roasted fish with sparkling citrus splash.

The keywest white fish meal comes with herb rice.

Bruschetta is toasted garlic bread with tomato basil salsa drizzled balsamic glaze.
