Zum Alten Markt @ Munich, Germany

This hidden little gem located on Dreifaltigkeitsplatz is quite near to the famous Viktualienmarkt. For those who didn't know Viktualienmarkt, it is a famous daily food market and a square in the center of Munich, Germany. This 400 years old restaurant is known to serve good fish dishes. Eating in summer terrace outside the restaurant is lovely.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. The filet of salmon trout is great. Perfect combination with rosemary tomato butter, spinach and potatoes. Enough butter is used on the serving which makes the combination of spinach and tomatoes great. The potatoes and leek soup is just normal. The wine recommended is just so-so and not to my liking as I prefer something sweet).
Price:2/10(Expensive. The filet of salmon trout price at EUR15.80, potatoes and leek soup at EUR4.80 and Sancerre white wine at EUR8.80).

Very nice and lovely restaurant.

Great filet of salmon trout.

Potatoes and leek soup.

Sancerre white wine. For me the taste is just so-so as I prefer something sweet.

Nice decoration outside the restaurant.

This is how the restaurant look like.
