Oyster Omelette @ Lorong Selamat, Penang

This is the best oyster omelette or locally known as oh chein that I tasted so far. The oyster is huge and juicy. The oyster even burst when you bite it. The taste is savour and its made by frying both eggs and oysters. Usually starch were added as well to make the eggs appear thicker.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. Very good oyster omelette. The only complaint is that its oily).
Price:6/10(Moderate. Priced at MYR20 per plate).
