Foo Hing dim sum @ Bandar Puteri, Puchong

Foo Hing dim sum restaurant located in Bandar Puteri Puchong is worth to go if you are craving for good salted egg lava buns and egg tarts. I went there to have brunch and found out that the restaurant is still full with people. No wonder their shop is so huge with air conditioned and open air area. They have wide selection of dim sum and they have Shanghai xiao loong pau as well. However, they don't have that by the time I arrived. So I just took their special superior dumpling soup instead. The meal was good.

Taste:8/10(Good. This restaurant has good salted egg lava pau, char siew pau and egg tart. The egg tart is good with delicate flaky layers of soft pastry).
Price:5/10(Near expensive. Ordering their special items which hard to find in other dim sum restaurants. BBQ buns and egg tart at MYR2.30 each, prawn dumpling/har gao/steam squid at MYR6.00, salted egg lava pau at MYR6.00 and special superior dumpling soup at MYR12.00).

Puchong Yong Tau Hu @ Batu 14, Puchong, Selangor

This restaurant is rather popular with non-stop stream of customers going into this shop. What make them so special is the freshness of their yong tau hu preparation and they have variety of food served here other than yong tau hu. Other than that, the yong tau hu size is rather big.

For those who don't quite yong tau foo, they can also have pan mee, paper wrapped chicken and rendang chicken here. If you want something different when it comes to yong tau fu, this is a place to try.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. The yong tau hu is only cooked just before serving. This way, you will get a fresher and better yong tau hu taste. Its succulent and taste of original fish. The soup is delicious and sweet but I don't feel thirsty at all. Probably it make from real ikan bilis (anchovies) rather than MSG stock).
Price:6/10(Moderate. The food shown below priced at MYR26. Each piece of yong tau hu is rather big stuffed with maximum fish paste).

Their soup based yong tau hu is unique with green leafy vegetables. For soup based, they have chili, bitter gourd, ladies finger, dumplings & tauhu.

Looks good rite?

Fried yong tau hu version. They have fried fritter, brinjal and fu chuk for fried version.

Assorted sauce to dip your yong tau hu.

They got special barley with fu chuk (bean curd slice) drink. Thumbs up.

They enjoy good business during lunch time.

Look out for this shop. Located very near to Han Ming Chinese school and it is just opposite Batu 14 Primary school. Enjoy it!
