Pancakes on the Rocks @ Sydney, Australia

Pancakes on the Rocks is one of the shop in Sydney where you can have your meal anytime of the day. Being a week in Sydney, I found out that there is not many shops open after 9.00pm. If you are looking for food at that time, then shop like Pancakes on the Rocks is the best option. The menu gives a wide range of pancakes, ribs and pizza. I had the coco berry and they were delicious. The pancakes portion is huge and can be easily share for two. Ice cream topping makes the pancakes taste even better.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. Among the best hot chocolate tasted. Its sweet but taste so good. I ordered coco berry which is their famous menu. Coco berry pancakes taste good however it taste even better if without the coconut flakes. The coconut flakes was dry and probably milked).
Price:5/10(Near expensive. Coco berry pancakes at AUD12.95, Devonshire pancakes at AUD6.95 and hot chocolate which they called as marshmallow cocoa at AUD3.50).

Pancakes on the Rocks open for 24 hours.

Great brunch at Trio Cafe Bondi Beach @ Sydney, Australia

Located at Bondi beach, I came to Trio Cafe for brunch without knowing what to order. By looking at their menu, I want something simple but not too heavy. Boss eggs seems a good choice for me and I like the scrambled eggs with truffle oil. It's tasted so good. This restaurant also offers great view of Bondi beach if you sitting on the sidewalk or you can prefer to sit inside to enjoy your meal. Good food and friendly service.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. The boss eggs that I ordered were delicious and great. San Daniele prosciutto taste great and good level of saltiness. Good combination of truffle oil, avocado and cured meat on this meal. Hot chocolate very rich and sweet. Excellent hot chocolate).
Price:4/10(Expensive. Boss eggs at AUD24.00 and hot chocolate at AUD4.50).

Chocolate heaven of Lindt Cafe @ Sydney, Australia

Lindt Cafe Sydney located in Martin Place not only selling drinks and place for people to enjoy their tea time but it also sells many varieties of Lindt chocolate, macaroons, crepe and ice cream. Having a good quality food place at a very crowded area is lesser nowadays. After a long day of walking and doing touristy thing, it was a nice place to stop for chocolate and sweet to recharge and adding energy. However I noticed that the service here is slow and the waiters are not attentive. I was sitting at the table for around 10-15 minutes without anyone attending to be until I raise my hand to order. I went there during evening around 5.00pm and the cafe was not busy during that time. Nevertheless, once ordered, I get my hot chocolate and caramel cake quite fast.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. The chocolate caramel cake is very rich and creamy. Its very sweet as well which I like it. The dark hot chocolate taste was very rich and taste delicious).
Price:4/10(Expensive. Small piece of chocolate caramel cake at AUD9.90 and dark hot chocolate at AUD7.50).

The best hot chocolate from Cafe Campagne @ Seattle, USA

Cafe Campagne is a French restaurant located at Post Alley of Pike Place Market in Seattle. They are famous at serving French cruise especially for breakfast. I came here to try their Pete De Campagne which is a unique French antipasto meal for breakfast. The atmosphere and service was good.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. My favorite item was the sipping hot chocolate, they make themselves and it is so thick and rich. The Pete De Campagne taste were good but the taste were strong and may not be suitable to someone who don't like the bitterish of liver after taste).
Price:6/10(Moderate. Pete De Campagne at USD9.00 and hot chocolate at USD4.00).

Cafe Campagne has outdoor and indoor seating. France feeling in the middle of Seattle. However, there nothing much to view as the sea view is blocked by another building.

This cup of hot chocolate was the best I tasted so far.

Tartine Bakery @ San Francisco, USA

Tartine Bakery is popular in San Francisco due to its delicious bread pudding tart. The queue in to this cafe can get quite long at certain time of the day and based on the line we expect this shop to serve good stuff. We went to this bakery as recommended by the tour that I join the day before. We ordered bread pudding and tea cake. However, we expect the food to be better. The large portion in this cafe is huge and served in bowl. Please don't order large if you don't have big appetite as you may notice the price difference between regular and large size is small.

Taste:7/10(Moderate. The main attraction to this bakery shop is their bread pudding and cakes. However, I found their bread pudding is a bit soggy but taste wise is good. Their hot chocolate is diluted and don't have much chocolate taste and more of milk taste. The cake were a bit dry and taste just normal).
Price:5/10(Near expensive. Hot chocolate at USD4.00 for large, brioche bread pudding with seasonal fruit bowl at USD7.00 and slice of zucchini tea cake at USD4.00).

Four choices of tea cakes.

Busy environment in Tartine Cafe.

Brioche bread pudding with seasonal fruit bowl. Contains peach when we had it in september.

Zucchini tea cake contains apricot and walnuts.

Hot chocolate in bowl. I found this hot chocolate is diluted.
