Riders Garage - Interesting motorcycle lifestyle shop @ Subang Jaya

Riders Garage which is located in Subang Jaya is a rare motorcycle lifestyle shop in Malaysia. They sell all those cool motorcycle related products such as leather jackets, leather gloves, denim jackets and Red Wings shoes. They are stylish but almost all of the items are imported so the price can be quite expensive. Lifestyle or fashion motorcycle shop don't fix bikes and they focus more on bikers fashion. With a high number of affluent population, students and expatriate in Subang Jaya, the market is there for such store. Although the brands and the items are quite limited, they do carry popular brands such as Bell Helmets, Roland Sands leather jackets, Schott leather jackets and famous American Red Wings shoes.

Cheap vintage clothing from Bingo @ Shibuya, Tokyo

Bingo used clothing store located in Shibuya is one of the best store to shop for quality vintage branded clothing at reasonable price. The best thing about Japan vintage clothing is that you are able to find good condition clothing and some even new. Probably the clothes out of fashion or have some minor manufacturing defects. But who cares about that as long as the cloth is still clean and looking good when wearing it. Here you are able to shop for working shirts, jeans, pants, leather jackets, boots, shoes, watches, wallets, bags and winter jackets. Bingo cater more for men market as almost 75% of the floor are selling men's products. The rest 25% are ladies products more on clothing. Shopping for vintage item is like a treasure hunt as you need to get a right size and at a right price. Even if the price is right and if the size of the clothing don't fit you, it defeat the purpose as well. Most of the items priced between 800 to 4,000 Yen. The price depends on the brand and condition of the item.

The Real McCoy's is an amazing company which produce many high quality great military fashion gears. The fun thing about Japan is they have many shops selling Real McCoy's product which consist of cool leather jackets and jeans. The items produced by The Real McCoys are of high quality but of course you need to pay for the price. Their leather jacket can easily priced at 180,000 Yen to 240,000 Yen. And the shop does not participate in Japan duty free programme. So at that price, you still need to top up another 8% for the tax. The Real McCoy's leather jacket is branded as Buco. The Buco jackets especially the J24 and J100 model are the dream of leather jacket lovers. The jacket made from horsehide, have harder texture and smooth appearance makes this product well sought after and it does produce a beautiful patina when wear for a long time. Military surplus and leather items at Nakata Shoten @ Ameyoko, Tokyo

Nakata Shoten is quite a famous shop in Ameyoko with variety of stocks of army surplus clothes, leather jackets and watches, boots and badges. They have made a name for itself due to its wide selection and quality. The stop is quite difficult to navigate as it stuffed with cargo pants, camouflage jackets, military uniforms, leather jacket and ammo boxes. It also supplies world war II Japanese army military clothes for the filming of many huge world war II movies. For those who like such items mentioned above, this place is a heaven for them.
