Pepper pork bun @ Tamsui, Taipei

Pepper buns that are deliciously aromatic and distinctively smoky due to them being charcoal-baked. As the buns are charcoal-baked, they are not oily. What you get is a dry, aromatic crispy crust and lots of tender meat fillings with scallion. All the buns are freshly baked and its hot!

Taste:9/10(Delicious. Great taste with strong pepper and scallion smell. Fragrant and savoury).
Price:8/10(Cheap. Each bun price at TWD40 ~ MYR4.40 ~ USD1.40).
