Du Hsiao Yueh are famous for their Danzai noodles. The noodles are served in a small bowls. It comes with minced pork, without the fat pork. The soup stock cooked with sweet shrimp head with added mashed garlic and black vinegar.

Taste:8/10(Delicious. The smell and the taste of the noodles are good. The oyster soup is good as well).
Price:5/10(Near expensive. The portion is quite small and the price is expensive compared to Taipei standard. Noodles at TWD50, minced pork rice at TWD35 and oyster soup at TWD150).
