Chen's oyster noodles @ Wanhua, Taipei

Chen's oyster noodles which is just within walking distance from Long Shan Temple MRT station serve the best mee suah that I ever had. Selected large oysters, stewed pork intestine and well textured red thin noodles match each other. I suspect the soup is using bento flakes, bones, dried shrimp and shallots. One bowl of this noodles is certainly not enough :-)

Taste:10/10(Excellent. The noodles is amazing. Large oysters and its not just three, its a lot. I think more than 8 for a small bowl).
Price:8/10(Cheap. Price at TWD50 this nutritious meal is certainly great as breakfast).
