Myeongdong Fashion Street @ Seoul

In Korea, shopping seems like their favourite pass time. You can see that they have a lot of large shopping malls from high end to low end all is full of visitors. Myenongdong is considered as high end shopping street with varieties of trendy clothes on sale. You can find most of the International brands here plus their home grown branded items. For those who like skin care product, there are many variety and cheap face mask to choose namely Skin Food, Body Shop, VOV and PureDerm. There are three major department stores here selling trendy clothes: Lotte Young, Migliore and Sinsagae in Myeongdong area. Migliore is more worthy to go as you can find what the locals wear here. Besides that, you can bargain in Migliore unlike in Sinsagae or Lotte Young which their price is fixed.

The street are usually very crowded after 6.00pm and you can also find Korean street food here. Its a good experience to walk along the street at night by its cool and windy weather in the autumn.

The usual crowded street in Myeongdong.

Many fashionable items on the street. This is almost similar to ladies fashion street in Hong Kong and Petaling street in Malaysia. But the items here is more trendy compared to fashion street in other countries.

Lotte Young is a department store for the teens who wants branded fashionable clothes. In my opinion this store cater toward the higher end shopper.
