New American dinner at Olea @ San Francisco, USA

Olea is a small restaurant in Nob Hill San Francisco which serve good New American cuisine. The style is more of combination of American, French & Italian cuisine. The restaurant environment is upscale but yet casual setting. The food here emphasis more of local fresh organic produce. This restaurant serves new items each week and making changes to the meals to suit the seasons. The meal shown in this blog may not available but you can use this a guide and what to expect when dining at this restaurant. Fortunately, we reached this restaurant early in the evening around 5.30pm. Else without reservation, its hard to eat dinner here. By the time we finished the meal, the restaurant already full. The seats are limited here.

Taste:10/10(Excellent. The way they prepared the meal is unique. For example the sauteed kale in lamb shank is well prepared with a degree of crispness which I never had before. The lamb shank was also grilled to perfection. Pork stewed pasta were fantastic as well).
Price:4/10(Near expensive. Lamb shank with sauteed kale priced at USD18.00, pork stew pasta at USD16.00 and orange tiramisu at USD9.00).

Lamb shank with sauteed kale. With half tomato and mash potatoes.

Lamb shank medium well. Soft and taste great.

Pork stewed pasta.

Orange tiramisu as dessert.

Bread with extra virgin olive oil.
