Kuala Lumpur to Istanbul on economy class via Malaysia Airlines

Travelling solo via Malaysia Airlines to Istanbul on winter season. I was lucky to be able to get a seat during the winter peak season. My main intention was to visit Istanbul historical sites and to learn more about Turkey culture. Since Kuala Lumpur to Istanbul need almost 11 hours and it is a long haul flight, the airlines does provide two main meals. One dinner meal and one breakfast meal. The flight timing by Malaysia Airlines were good as you depart at midnight and arrive early morning the next day in Istanbul. You will have one full day in Istanbul by not wasting time and you can save one night of accommodation as well.

Rating: 7/10(Moderate. The croissant provided out of shape on second meal and lower quality on the nasi lemak).

First meal. Spicy rice with eggplant and ladies finger. Stir fry carrot and cucumber. Seafood salad and sweet dessert. Beer and apple juice on the left.

Second meal. Nasi lemak/Rice infused coconut milk. Together with croissant, butter, yogurt and fruits (papaya, pineapple, honeydew and grape). Wine on the top right.
