Wedding dinner at Mitasu Japanese Restaurant @ Kuala Lumpur

This is my first time I had a meal in Japanese restaurant for wedding dinner and whats great about the dinner is the amount food that you can ordered. Yes, it's a buffet and ala-carte style of menu provided on each table. More than 80+ items to choose from. We can choose what we would like to eat and the amount that we want to order. Must make sure that we can finish it before we order. Cannot be too greedy also. Else the host are punishable from food wastage. Drinkwise were great too with availability of many Japanese wines such as Umeshu, Sake and Yuzu wine. Overall great experience and something different from common Chinese restaurant dinner. Couples nowadays will try to have alternative type of dining for their wedding to create a more memorable experience. We all feel satisfied with the quality and quantity of the Japanese food served in this restaurant. Taste wise is great. Thank you Qing Ying and wish both of you good healthy and happily ever after.

Kinpachi Japanese Restaurant @ Subang Jaya

Kinpachi is among the oldest Japanese restaurant in Subang Jaya but yet its not that famous and not many people talk about it. Located just opposite of Subang Jaya Toyota service centre. They have variety of meals to choose from such as don sets, bento sets, BBQ, sashimi, salad, soba, udon, tonkatsu and drinks. If you are ramen lover, they also have it here. I ordered my favourite Japanese meal which is chirashi don. I was amazed with the ingredients and freshness of this meal. The service here were good and the waiters are attentive. Since this restaurant serves ramen and tonkatsu, its a non-halal restaurant.

Taste:8/10(Good. I satisfied with the chirashi sushi meal that I ordered. Plenty of seafood and have the items that I like. The food were good and authentic. The only down side was the rice a bit sour. Probably too much rice vinegar. The food here contains less seasoning and some of the items you may taste a bit blend. However, the food item here were fresh).
Price:5/10(Near expensive. Chirashi sushi at MYR36, oyakodon at MYR19, tonbara at MYR3, tebasaki at MYR6, shiitake mushroom at MYR4 and asparagus bacon at MYR4 per stick).

Again, dining in Rakuzen Japanese restaurant in Subang Jaya. The food here is good and never fail me on many visits. Their food quality is good and fresh. Located at SS15 Subang Jaya is indeed very competitive as the whole row of shops are all Japanese restaurant. Rakuzen also have a variety of good deal lunch and dinner sets which consist of main course, miso soup, fruits and chawan mushi.

Taste:9/10(Delicious. Fresh and tasty. The wagyu beef on hot stone is good and able to taste the tenderness and the fatty part of the beef. The oysters were fresh and I give thumb up for the freshness of the Japanese seafood here. Teriyaki beef rice were good as well).
Price:4/10(Expensive. This time I ordered something more premium and the price is more expensive. Small portion of wagyu beef on hot stone at MYR65.00. The portion is only 60 gram. Just nice to have glapse of wagyu beef taste. The sashimi don set is economical at MYR26.00. Yakinikujyu teriyaki beef rice at MYR26.00. Kaki houba or oysters at MYR22.00).

My favourite dish when visiting Rakuzen Japanese restaurant. Sake oyako don. It comes with slices of salmon and fish roe. I like this dish as it contains a fair amount of salmon fish roe.
